Bülent R. Hacıoğlu is a partner at TRC and the managing director of firm’s Istanbul office. He has advised numerous companies in Turkey, United States, Canada and Asia in a full range of international trade, policy and finance related projects. Mr. Hacıoğlu is the most notable and successful expert in Turkey in anti-dumping investigations and has won numerous victories for his clients in various jurisdictions including U.S., Canada, EU, Turkey, Singapore, Egypt and Indonesia. Mr. Hacioglu is currently advising some of Turkey’s top industrial manufacturers, including ten companies in Turkey’s ISO 50 list, on trade and compliance issues.
Prior to joining TRC, Mr. Hacioglu worked as a trade supervisor in ICDAS Steel, Turkey’s second biggest steel manufacturer. He has started his career in the Accounting Department of Deloitte.Employment
